]]> In our increasingly digitized world, unpredictable behaviour from technology is often perceived as negative; however, these glitches can be reinterpreted as an expansion of the possibilities of image production in the digital age. “Oneria” uses datamoshing (a technique in which digital video images are deliberately made unstable) and found footage in different formats (digital HD, VHS, Super 8, …) as paint, inciting glitches and smearing images to create abstract, dreamlike landscapes.
