Video Artist: Lei Han
Country: Year: Duration: 4 min 50 sec

This piece is inspired by travel. It’s an observation of the sonic environment and exploration of how sound, tone, music, voice and noise form our unique culture and it’s habitants. It captures the essential energy and collective spirit of the place and space I’ve visited during a residency in CeRcca, Spain in summer 2014. A surreal sense of emptiness, oblivion and the feeling of lost in time are captured in the abstract animation.
